Working With Resolute is About You and Your Family

Individual Therapy: Empowering growth from the inside out.

Our one-on-one counseling helps teens process big emotions, rebuild confidence, and navigate personal challenges in a safe and judgment-free space — with you, the parent, supported every step of the way.

Family Therapy & Parent-Teen Connection

Repairing bonds. Restoring trust. Whether your home feels tense, distant, or stuck in old patterns — we help the whole family reconnect. Our therapists create a space for open dialogue, renewed respect, and real healing between parents and children.

Parent Coaching & Support

Feel equipped — not overwhelmed. You’re doing your best. We’re here to back you up. Our coaches help you navigate hard behaviors, set boundaries, and parent with clarity — without the shame, confusion, or second-guessing.

Substance Use Counseling

When your teen’s coping becomes concern. We work compassionately with teens and young adults who turn to substances to escape or cope — helping them (and you) understand what’s underneath and what real healing looks like.

Life Skills & Resilience Coaching

Confidence in life. Tools for the future. We guide youth and young adults through the development of emotional regulation, communication, and real-world readiness — helping them thrive in school, at home, and in life.

Trauma-Informed Intensive Community-Based Program

Rewriting the story. Rebuilding the path. This 10–12 month intensive therapy program helps reduce risk, build resilience, and move toward independence — with structured phases and family support.
