Counseling Services

We’re here for healing.

We don’t peddle one-size-fits-all therapy solutions. In fact, we don’t even have a template. We offer a tailored treatment plan that takes the whole you into account. From varying the therapeutic setting to selecting therapy modalities, from ensuring you work with the right clinician to carefully scheduling therapy as a complement to your lifestyle — here at Resolute, your needs, goals, barriers, and preferences are what take center stage and inform our path forward.

Intensive Trauma Based Juvenile Justice Program (10-12 month)

This is an intensive 10-12 month program with a focus on youth demonstrating high risk behaviors involved with the Juvenile Justice System. It is comprised of 6 phases, each phase lasting an average of 60-90 days. Clients are screened for fit in a 2 week process that includes an intake, a comprehensive assessment and a follow up session. Appropriate clients are then placed into the program and staffed for appropriate ancillary services. Patients that complete the program are eligible for continued individual outpatient therapy and on-going maintenance support. Please reach out for more details on the Intensive Program.

Dual Diagnosis Evaluation with Treatment Recommendations

The Dual Diagnosis ASAM Level of Care Evaluation is a tool used to determine Medically Appropriate Treatment Criteria for Addictive, Substance-Related, and Co-Occurring Conditions. The ASAM Level of Care identifies 6 different levels of medically appropriate treatment modalities. A substance use evaluation identifies the patient’s level of functioning in 6 subcategories and provides a thorough explanation of factors impacting continued risk of substance use, potential strengths for treatment, and appropriate treatment programs. A Dual-Diagnosis evaluation identifies everything that a substance use evaluation indicates with an additional focus on underlying mental health factors impacting substance use and areas of lower functioning or greater risk.
