One on One counseling focused on truly meeting you where you are at in your mental health journey by creating a plan and an experience that meets your mental health goals. Using an individualized treatment approach that includes the right setting, the right clinician, and the right modalities and approach, we create an experience with you that allows you the space to heal and grow and reconnect with the most authentic parts of who you are.

This service is focused on helping youth and young adults develop communication, organizational, professional, financial, educational, and vocational skills needed to create stability and actively engage in the well being of their day to day. Clinicians utilize community engagement opportunities with youth and young people to help engage them in supportive in the moment coaching to create a well rounded and stable individual that can navigate a variety of different life challenges.

This service is geared towards individuals struggling with substance misuse or abuse. It is geared towards helping those using drugs and alcohol to cope with difficult experiences, deepen their understanding of their relationship with substances and develop alternative strategies and insight around alternative ways to manage the underlying challenges and wounds impacting substance use and misuse. An appropriate client does not need to be motivated or aware of their relationship with drugs or alcohol to be appropriate for this service as it is also geared towards creating motivation for change.

This service is focused on utilizing family therapy interventions aimed at targeting core issues and challenges that are negatively impacting the family dynamic. This service focuses on the family system as a whole and aims to identify aspects of the family system that are no longer helping or serving the family as a collective unit. It can address challenges with communication, behaviors, boundaries, and connection by strengthening attachments and building skills within the family system needed to work on the family challenges and dynamics making it difficult for families to connect with each other effectively and authentically.

This service is specifically geared towards caregivers who have a desire to improve their relationship with their young one or need support in responding to the challenging and difficult behaviors that their youth or young adult is engaging in. This service is aimed at helping caregivers learn how to support their young person by increasing their understanding and developing skills needed to navigate underlying mental health challenges driving the difficult behaviors often impacting families felt sense of connection and closeness.

This is an intensive 10-12 month program with a focus on youth demonstrating high risk behaviors. It is comprised of 6 phases, each phase lasting an average of 60-90 days. Clients are screened for fit in a 2 week process that includes an intake, a comprehensive assessment and a follow up session. Appropriate clients are then placed into the program and staffed for appropriate ancillary services. Patients that complete the program are eligible for continued individual outpatient therapy and on-going maintenance support. Please reach out for more details on the Intensive Program.

The Dual Diagnosis ASAM Level of Care Evaluation is a tool used to determine Medically Appropriate Treatment Criteria for Addictive, Substance-Related, and Co-Occurring Conditions. The ASAM Level of Care identifies 6 different levels of medically appropriate treatment modalities. A substance use evaluation identifies the patient’s level of functioning in 6 subcategories and provides a thorough explanation of factors impacting continued risk of substance use, potential strengths for treatment, and appropriate treatment programs. A Dual-Diagnosis evaluation identifies everything that a substance use evaluation indicates with an additional focus on underlying mental health factors impacting substance use and areas of lower functioning or greater risk.

Absolutely. While we respect the teen’s space, we believe healing happens in the family system. We support you through coaching, updates, and collaborative planning.
Wherever works best for your teen — in-office, in-home, out in the community, or virtually (for Colorado residents).
How often will we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, with flexibility to adjust based on progress and availability.
Most sessions are $150/hr. Intake evaluations range from $225–$900 depending on type. We’re transparent with pricing from the start.
Do you take insurance?
We accept Medicaid (Colorado Access, CCHA, CHP+). For others, we provide superbills to help with reimbursement.
